Position Title: 

Marketing Development Representative

Position Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes
  • Utilize knowledge and training to quickly rebuttal customer objections
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
  • Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up to date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

Required:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must have a background screening
  • Excellent organizational and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Position Title: 

Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with several industries in an effort to position our solutions in multiple verticals
  • Qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities for executive team
  • Meeting quota of qualified sales opportunities for executive team
  • Make 50-80 calls per day, with additional touch points by e-mail
  • Continuously log activities into CRM

Key Criteria:

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • 1-2 years sales, sales support, or business development experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, yet they place a high value on collaborating with a team.
  • Familiarity with common office software and CRM applications (Customer Relationship Management software. Some would include: Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Act, Hubspot)
  • Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to a professional audience
  • Professional business acumen, strong presence, and confidence

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
